This is a Very Beautiful Piece which I absolutely Love! I believe it is made by Wong Lee. They have very Similar Markings as of William Lowe from England, However I believe this is not an Antique, But a Newer Piece. It is not a reproduction either. It is a modern, contemporary piece. Wong Lee International was founded in 1995 and they began exporting in 1999. It does have a commemorative makers mark of 1895 on the bottom that actually has a commemorative meaning of the end of the war between China and Japan in 1895. This took place exactly 100 years prior to the founding of the company It is Decorated with Always Crackled Grounds and with Bronze (ormulu) Fittings. Sitting on Bronze Claw Feet and a Bronze Pineapple Top Fitting. Hand Painted with Blue Birds in A Bath and Flowery Scroll Design. This Style of Wong Lee is a Napoleon French Style which has Made his Designs so wonderful and Very High Quality.
